EXHIBITION
We present a new exhibition, "The Mystery of Christmas," by international artist Agnieszka Balut. The artist is known for her innovative works created in the style of magical realism. In her explorations, she seeks to present the contemporary world visually, rich in symbolism and metaphor. Her paintings, often with a metaphysical atmosphere, are figurative scenes set in unreal spaces. Agnieszka Balut's artistic style is characterized by a unique blend of different media and a strong emphasis on magical realism and psychological symbolism. Her works, often described as multimedia art, combine 3D with easel painting and digital painting, creating deeply evocative and thought-provoking visions. The artist blurs the boundaries between reality and fantasy, metaphysics and fairy tales. Everyday scenes or characters are imbued with surreal or symbolic elements, creating a unique, otherworldly atmosphere. Symbolism and psychological elements: Her works are rich in symbolic motifs and reflect profound psychological content. They encourage viewers to interpret hidden meanings and reflect on the human condition, emotions, and social relationships. He creates his works in large formats, on canvas, and sometimes on a piece of board or metal. These are always unique pieces. It can be objectively stated that Agnieszka Balut's work is highly regarded in the art world for: Innovation: a unique combination of 3D techniques, photography, and traditional and digital painting. Thematic depth: addressing important social, psychological, and cultural issues. Original style: an aesthetic of magical realism that captivates viewers and critics. Versatility: the ability to create works that are both aesthetically pleasing and thought-provoking. The final assessment and aesthetic experience depends on the individual preferences of each viewer. This time, the exhibition "The Mystery of Christmas" will be on display. The works are inspired by selected scenes and verses from the Bible. The idea of the exhibition is to delve deeper into and understand the mystery of Christmas. During her artistic career, the artist worked in Germany in the 1990s, reconstructing paintings in sacred buildings and creating new artistic projects. Studying and analyzing works for reconstructions deepened his interest in delving deeper into the mysteries of the Bible. The Bible, along with ancient tradition, is the foundation of European culture. This sacred book for Christians is not only a collection of models of conduct, values, and moral principles, but also one of the most important works of our civilization. It is in the Bible that we have sought answers to questions about the creation of the world and the meaning of life. It is also considered a goldmine of motifs and parables that have stimulated the imagination of artists. From the very beginning, the Bible has been an inexhaustible source of inspiration for painters, sculptors, and writers. Meanwhile, the history of art demonstrates the infinite creativity of artists who can create a masterpiece, even based on such a recurring motif. "Since my early youth, I have been fascinated by the Bible. I have always thought it was the greatest source of poetry of all time. Since then, I have sought this reflection in life and art. The Bible is like an echo of nature, and I have tried to convey this mystery," said artist Marc Chagall. "These are words with which artist Agnieszka Balut completely identifies." Seventeen multi-format works will be exhibited, measuring 120x100 cm, 110x110 cm, and 140x100 cm. Eight are oils on canvas and nine are mixed-media paintings, combining digital and 3D painting with easel/acrylic painting. We invite you to visit.
